The One Habit To Transform Your Health
If there’s one habit you could develop to radically improve your health, it would be consistent exercise.
Much of the advice you read online tells you to:
Change your diet
Optimize your sleep
Start training in the gym
This is of course required to become healthier overall, but it can be overwhelming and confusing for something starting their fitness journey.
Focus on one thing at a time, and start with consistently exercising.
Focusing on building one habit will allow you to put all your energy into being consistent with it, rather than focusing on too many things at once.
Consistent exercise will improve your sleep and nutritional choices as a byproduct.
Don’t believe me?
This study found that 15 weeks of exercise training motivated young adults to pursue healthier dietary choices and regulate their food intake.
This review demonstrated that exercise promoted sleep efficiency and duration regardless of the type or intensity of exercise.
Consistent exercise is the lowest-hanging fruit for improving all areas of your health. Period.
Bodyweight training is the perfect way to begin resistance training in a fun, safe and effective way.

The Secret Power Of Mastering Basic Calisthenics
The power of getting strong as fuck with the basic calisthenics movements cannot be overstated.
For the past 2 years, I’ve focused on getting strong with exclusively:
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Dips
Rows
I haven’t trained for any specific skills.
I recently tried a full back lever and could hold it fairly easily.

Although my head feels it’s going to explode
Moral of the story is, you should have a solid base of strength with the basic calisthenics exercises before attempting to train for skills.
You will make faster progress when you choose to train skills, and you’ll unlock skills like the back lever without even training for them.
Free gains baby!
Who doesn’t want that?
